Position Overview:
We are seeking Call Center Agents to support our Dispatch Service operations. In this role, you will handle incoming calls, coordinate with clients and drivers, and ensure efficient dispatching of services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English language, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage inbound calls from customers and clients.
• Coordinate and dispatch service requests to the appropriate personnel or department.
• Monitor and track service progress, providing real-time updates to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a call center or dispatch environment is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using call center software and other relevant tools.
• A positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
