- Job Overview:
- As a Call Centre Agent at Avotax, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist with customer inquiries of clients in Canada/USA. You'll work in a team-focused environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage pressure are essential for success in this role.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
- Manage and develop client connections to guarantee customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead teams effectively in achieving organizational goals and objectives.
- Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
- Stay updated on product and service information to assist customers effectively.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service for Canadian/USA will be preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM systems).
