CARE Pakistan is seeking a qualified consultant or firm to support the digitization and mobile optimization of training modules for the Guddi Baji program. This initiative aims to create engaging, mobile-friendly learning resources that will empower women entrepreneurs in rural areas. The consultant will be responsible for enhancing existing content with multimedia elements, developing a mobile Learning Management System (LMS) with offline functionality, and producing instructional videos.
Interested applicants are encouraged to review the attached detailed Terms of Reference (TORs) for full project requirements, submission guidelines, and evaluation criteria.

During office working days (Monday to Friday) before 3:00 PM, Friday November 12, 2024, or write an email to PAK.Procurement@care.org. Eligible and interested consultant/service provider must submit their proposals via email to pak.procurement@care.org with the subject line “Consultancy for Multimedia Digitization and Mobile LMS Adaptation of Training Modules” by 11:59 PM on November 14, 2024. All financial proposals must be submitted in PDF format and password protected. Shortlisted firms/consultants will be contacted by the CARE Procurement team to provide the password via email after the technical evaluation phase.
