Purpose of the post: To provide technical assistance to the Polio Eradication Initiative (PEI) in Pakistan with regards to data management and analytics pertaining to polio campaigns.
Organizational Context: Under the direct supervision of the Technical Officer-Campaigns and the overall supervision of the Coordinator-Polio, the incumbent will undertake the following duties.


1. 1.Liaise with the provinces for data-entry completion purposes, in preparation for in-depth data analyses to be performed by management.
2. To prepare daily reports during the campaign and a final report after the completion of the campaign, to be shared on a timely basis with the appropriate management personnel using adequate channels of communication.
3. Follow up any delays in data entry, problems with daily reports generated at the district level, to ensure quality of the campaign data entered by DPCR.
4. Perform regular checks on the data entered by the district and report back any observations on inconsistencies for correction and/or justification.
5. Performed advanced analyses of data related to SIAs and produced tailored reports according to the needs.
6. Develop a tailored electronic data-collection tool using ODK for data entry, according to the needs of the different departments.
7. Continuously review the data generated from the district level and ensure that a proper feedback mechanism is in place.
8. Regularly communicate and share the reports with all the members of the control operations room.
Professional Skills and Experience:

• 10 years of experience where 2 years of practical experience

working with a UN agency and/or International Organizations.

• Use of ARC/QGIS, SPSS, SAS and Epi Info

• Use of R-Studio, Tableau and Power-Bi for data analysis and data

presentation

• Strong expertise in MS office applications

• Good oral & writing knowledge of the English language.

• Report writing skills

Educational Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data science or related field.
