Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell products/services to potential UAE-based clients via phone, email, or social media.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to identify and convert sales opportunities.
• Provide detailed product knowledge and resolve client inquiries.
• Maintain and update customer records, follow up on leads, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets and provide regular reports on performance.
• Collaborate with the team to create effective sales strategies tailored to UAE customers.
• Communicate with UAE-based leads and ensure smooth coordination between the Pakistan and UAE teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a UAE-focused or international campaign.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or Urdu is a bonus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
