Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to drive engagement and brand visibility on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Twitter, and Tik Tok.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (text, images, video) that aligns with brand guidelines and audience interests.
- Manage daily social media activities, including responding to comments and messages, engaging with followers, and building community.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually compelling graphics, videos, and other multimedia content for social media.
- Plan, execute, and monitor paid social media campaigns to achieve KPIs and maximize ROI.
- Use social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, Linked In Analytics) to monitor performance, create reports, and provide insights for content optimization.
- Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and new features to implement innovative strategies and keep the brand relevant.
- Work closely with other departments to support product launches, events, and promotional activities through social media campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging and error-free content.
- Excellent understanding of audience segmentation and targeting across different social media platforms.
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
