- Keep Cash counter area clean and organized.
- Ensure that there are sufficient number of cards for the day’s business at the cash counter.
- Make sure the float cash of 5000/- is present in the till.
- Check all the necessary equipment to ensure that they are working properly, if not then inform the concerned department
- Greet the customers in a friendly manner when they walk into Fun City.
- Inform customers about the promotions and deals Fun City is offering. Continuously try to upsell and drive sales.
- Process the transaction in a speedy manner and make sure to give customer the receipt of the transaction.
- If the customers are carrying luggage or food with them, then inform them courteously that luggage or food is not allowed on the premises.
- Take their luggage and use the pair of luggage tags to denote which luggage belongs to which customer.
- Handover one of the luggage tags to the customer, which they will return to reclaim their luggage.
- At the close of business, Cashiers on duty will take the closing count of the cards and record it on the Cashier Card Control Sheet.
- Must follow the SOPs of VIP Guest Cards.
- Reports technical and all other issues to management/Concern department when they occur.
- Follow the company adherence and other polices.
- Must have Product and system knowledge.
- Provide the highest level of courteous, prompt and discerning customer services across the counter.
- Promptly inform the supervisor of all customer complaints and comment regarding counter.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
