The Chat Support will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. They will work closely with clients to understand their needs, help them achieve their marketing goals, and ensure they derive maximum value from our social media marketing services.
Key Requirements:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Develop a deep understanding of client needs and pain points, and work to ensure these are addressed.
• Proactively identify at-risk clients and work to retain them.
• Taking on other tasks or projects to support employees, other managers, and client operations.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and English communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a client-centric mindset.
• Outstanding organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects.while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Bachelor's or higher degree
• 3 to 6 Months experience (preferred in tech industry)
• Should be a confident personality
