We are seeking a skilled Chatbot Developer to design and implement a sophisticated chatbot support agent that integrates with various knowledge bases including websites, PDF documents, and databases. This role is crucial in enhancing our customer support operations and providing immediate, intelligent responses to user inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop an AI-powered chatbot that can extract and utilize information from diverse data sources such as live websites, stored PDF files, and structured databases.
Implement natural language processing (NLP) techniques to understand and respond to user queries effectively.
Collaborate with IT and customer service teams to integrate the chatbot into existing platforms and workflows.
Conduct continuous testing and iterations to enhance the chatbot’s accuracy and user experience.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and chatbot technologies to ensure the solution remains cutting-edge.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to chatbot architecture and functionality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, machine learning, or related field.
Proven experience in programming languages such as Python, Java Script, or Java.
Strong background in developing chatbots and working with AI platforms such as Google Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, IBM Watson, or similar.
Experience with NLP and machine learning models, particularly in the context of text analysis and chatbot responses.
Familiarity with integrating multiple data sources and formats into a seamless user experience.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
