Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership aligned with the mission and vision of the organisation.
Plan and implement HR policies effectively.
Leverage technology and social media to enhance outreach and performance.
Manage budgets and financial operations efficiently.
Plan, implement, and supervise projects related to education, health, and food services.
Foster strong team relationships and demonstrate exceptional leadership.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a senior leadership role within an NGO or social sector.
Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, budget management, and project execution.
Expertise in using social media and digital platforms.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
