Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the development and implementation of a new ERP system.
· Analyze, review, and document current systems.
· Oversee integration of software solutions, mobile apps, and e-commerce platforms.
· Drive the company’s technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
· Ensure data security and compliance with international standards.
· Lead and grow the technology team while managing vendor relationships.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
· 8+ years of experience in tech leadership, with expertise in ERP systems.
· Strong understanding of POS systems, CRM, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.
Leadership skills and proven ability to drive innovation.
