Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pizza Cook to join our fine dining restaurant in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing various types of pizza from scratch, including dough preparation, topping selection, and baking. As a Pizza Cook, you will ensure each pizza is made to our quality standards, delivering a consistently excellent dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to our restaurant's recipes, ensuring consistent taste, texture, and presentation.
• Roll and stretch pizza dough, apply toppings, and monitor baking to ensure optimal crust and flavor.
• Manage pizza oven operations, including temperature control and timing, to achieve perfect bakes.
• Maintain a clean and organized pizza station, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Monitor inventory of pizza ingredients and coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure freshness and availability.
• Collaborate with the Kitchen Supervisor and suggest new pizza recipes to keep the menu exciting and appealing.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Pizza Cook or similar role (minimum 1 year preferred).
• Knowledge of pizza preparation techniques, from dough handling to baking.
• Ability to work in a high-paced kitchen and handle multiple orders at once.
• Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
• Enthusiasm for creating high-quality pizzas and experimenting with new recipes.
