Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of coffee and tea beverages, including espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and specialty drinks, to a consistently high standard.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including coffee bar and service area.
- Keep up with current coffee and beverage trends and suggest new drinks for the menu.
- Assist in inventory management for coffee and related supplies.
- Provide warm and welcoming service, answering questions and making recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Previous experience as a Barista (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, drink customization, and flavor profiles.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- A passion for coffee and beverage preparation.
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
