Cafe Little Karachi is looking for an experienced and passionate Wood-Fired Pizza Chef to join our culinary team. If you have expertise in crafting authentic wood-fired pizzas and a passion for delivering exceptional quality, we want you to be a part of our growing restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook wood-fired pizzas following the restaurant's menu and quality standards.
• Operate and maintain the wood-fired oven, ensuring proper temperature and safety protocols.
• Craft dough from scratch and prepare fresh toppings and sauces.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning of all pizzas.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment.
• Monitor ingredient stock and manage inventory effectively.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service hours.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Wood-Fired Pizza Chef or similar role (minimum 2 years).
• Expertise in handling wood-fired ovens and preparing pizza dough from scratch.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Culinary certification or relevant training is a plus.
