We also provide confectionery solutions which includes Cocoa butter, Cocoa mass, Cocoa powder, Chocolate slab, chocolate spread, couverture, syrups, candies, peanute butter, cooking and edible chocolates. We are a dynamic and growing company seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team and guide our financial strategy as we continue to expand.
Job Overview:
As the CFO, you will oversee the financial operations of the company, provide strategic financial insights, and ensure that Taj Confectionery remains financially strong. You will work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to shape the future of the company.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support growth objectives.
• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and reporting.
• Manage the company's cash flow, investments, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and standards.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and the board of directors.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as CFO, or in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in the confectionery industry.
• Strong knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
• Proficiency in financial management software and financial reporting systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; an MBA or CPA is preferred.
