Taj Confectionery's star product 'Switzella' is a recognized FMCG brand in Pakistan which aims to provide best quality spreads. We also provide confectionery solutions which includes Cocoa butter, Cocoa mass, Cocoa powder, Chocolate slab, chocolate spread, couverture, syrups, candies, peanut butter, cooking and edible chocolates. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across the country and contribute to our continued success.
Job Overview:
The National Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all sales operations nationwide, driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and building a high-performing sales team. You will play a key role in developing and executing sales strategies, ensuring market penetration, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a national sales strategy to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
- Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers.
- Monitor sales performance and market trends, identifying areas for improvement and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on brand messaging and product launches.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
- Lead efforts to expand into new markets and increase market share.
- Proven experience as a National Sales Manager or similar senior sales role in the FMCG or confectionery industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales performance data and make informed decisions.
- A strategic mindset with a strong customer focus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Willingness to travel nationally as required.
