Job Opportunity: Civil Engineer
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, design, and execution of civil construction projects, while identifying tender opportunities in the sector. This role requires a strong engineering background and excellent project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and manage civil engineering projects, including infrastructure, structural, and transportation projects.
• Prepare detailed engineering plans, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Conduct site investigations and feasibility assessments.
• Identify tender opportunities in both public and private sectors.
• Prepare and submit tender documents, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to align projects with design specifications and regulations.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure completion within scope and schedule.
• Oversee construction activities with a focus on quality control and safety compliance.
• Develop and review technical reports, project proposals, and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, including PEC standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
• Stay informed about industry trends, tendering processes, and emerging best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is mandatory.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in civil engineering, especially in construction project management.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as Auto CAD, Civil 3D, and SAP2000.
• Demonstrated experience in researching and preparing tenders for civil construction projects.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and industry regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proven project management abilities with experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Must reside near DHA, Zamzama for easy commuting.
