Project Manager:

• This will be of MEP, Civil and Electrical related projects including refurbishment, design / Finishes and Fit-out and you must have an experience working on projects.
• Financials and Budget Management of projects
• Ensuring that the project goals are achieved.
• Ensure Health and Safety of all projects.
• Coordination with contractors / vendors
• Support/Lead project procurement in liaison with site team
• Maintain and develop supply chain relationships
• Monitoring Project progress / timelines, milestones, metrics, SLA, KPI
• It will be advantageous if you have worked across the commercial sectors and have a wealth of experience project managing large scale and complex projects and have a proven track record of delivering projects to time, budget and a quality service.
• Candidate must have excellent Communication skill

Education:

• Masters / bachelor’s in mechanical / civil / electrical
• PMP Certified
• Accredited from Pakistan Engineering Council

Experience:

• Must have a minimum 7 to 8 Years of core Project Experience preferably more focused MEP, refurbishment, design / Finishes and Fit-out scope.
