Timing: 9 PM to 6 AM, 5 days a week (aligned with US business hours)
About Us:
Back Tech, a leading provider of remote staffing services, is dedicated to enhancing our clients' operational efficiency and financial integrity. We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Compliance and Reconciliation Coordinator to join our team in Karachi. This role involves ensuring compliance with Total by Verizon Mobile's standards, overseeing financial reconciliations, and supporting our client, a Total by Verizon Mobile retailer in the US. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence and driving our client's financial success.
Responsibilities:
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to Total by Verizon Mobile's operating standards and compliance requirements.
- Cash Reconciliation: Accurately reconcile cash deposits and investigate discrepancies.
- Store Operations: Ensure timely store openings and adherence to SOPs.
- Merchandising Compliance: Verify proper display of merchandise and promotional materials.
- Training Compliance: Ensure employees are up to date with required training.
- Guidance and Training: Provide compliance training and support to store employees.
- Problem Solving: Address compliance challenges with resourcefulness.
- Effective Communication: Maintain responsive communication with store teams.
- Task Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Financial Records: Maintain and update financial records accurately.
- Reporting: Collaborate on financial reports.
- Bank Reconciliation: Conduct accurate bank reconciliations.
- Leadership: Motivate and guide team members.
- Industry Updates: Stay informed on industry regulations and best practices.
- Collaboration: Work with various teams on compliance projects.
- Recruitment Support: Assist with employee onboarding and HR communications.
- Document Drafting: Draft compliance-related documents.
- File Management: Maintain a comprehensive filing system for compliance documents.
- Inventory Checks: Collaborate on device audits and reconciliations.
- Payroll Management: Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Language: Proficient in English (US), both written and verbal.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative skills for financial analysis.
- Project Management: Familiar with project management frameworks.
- Remote Work: Experience working remotely preferred.
- Leadership: Proven management and leadership skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new tasks and technologies.
- Communication: Professional and effective communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills.
- ERP Knowledge: Understanding of ERP systems.
- Holiday Availability: Availability to work on Pakistani holidays.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
