Key Responsibilities:
Manager - Compliance
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Customer Code of Conduct and company policies
- Conduct internal audits and prepare for external compliance audits
- Oversee adherence to legal and regulatory standards across all business operations
- Develop and implement compliance programs and strategies to mitigate risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance across all departments
- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance issues
- Handle customer and third-party audits with professionalism and precision
- Master’s degree from a recognized institution
- 5-8 years of experience in compliance management, particularly in the textile industry
- Strong knowledge of Customer Code of Conduct, ACCORD Certification, and Textile Audit Certifications
- Proven track record of successfully managing compliance audits and certifications
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
