We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Officer with experience in preparing documentation for submission to authorities for our Rawalpindi Office, work time is Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM/ Pakistan time. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient submission process for various projects.

Kye Responsibilities

• Insert customer data by inputting text, visual based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
• Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer/software entry
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
• Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
• Apply data program techniques and procedures
• Generate Condition reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
• Scan documents and compile, when needed
• Keep information confidential
• Ensure proper use of office information and work and address any malfunctions
• Collaborate with the management team to determine and rank the needs of different business units.
• Knowledge or willingness to learn about Energy Performance Reports and retrofitting guidelines.

Requirements and skills

• Proven Compliance & operation work experience,
• Experience with MS Office .
• Familiarity with administrative duties
• Excellent knowledge of Compliance Condition reports & Documentation
• Attention to detail
• Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
• Strong Analytical skills.
• BSC engineer, Math or any relevant displincy; additional computer training or certification will be an asset
• Full training will be provided

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
