Compliance Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Officer with experience in preparing documentation for submission to authorities for our Rawalpindi Office, work time is Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM/ Pakistan time. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient submission process for various projects.

Kye Responsibilities
- Insert customer data by inputting text, visual based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer/software entry
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Apply data program techniques and procedures
- Generate Condition reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
- Scan documents and compile, when needed
- Keep information confidential
- Ensure proper use of office information and work and address any malfunctions
- Collaborate with the management team to determine and rank the needs of different business units.
- Knowledge or willingness to learn about Energy Performance Reports and retrofitting guidelines.
- Proven Compliance & operation work experience,
- Experience with MS Office .
- Familiarity with administrative duties
- Excellent knowledge of Compliance Condition reports & Documentation
- Attention to detail
- Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
- Strong Analytical skills.
- BSC engineer, Math or any relevant displincy; additional computer training or certification will be an asset
- Full training will be provided
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
