Customer Service/Call Center Agents

As a leading provider of eco-friendly solutions, we specialize in offering retrofitting solutions to homeowners for energy-efficient upgrades. Our mission is to create a greener future by reducing carbon emissions and improving energy efficiency in homes.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service/Call Center Agents within our Rawalpindi-Pakistan Office, Monday to Saturday from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient work process for various projects.
This role is Office based.
Customer service and administrative roles are at the core of our business. You will be a valued member of a team providing support through a variety of communications, accurate recording of data and various tasks that impact on our services, taking inbound and outbound calls from our teams and customers. Creating an exceptional experience for customers, whilst building trusting relationships and handling queries with confidence.

Requirements and skills
  • Minium 5 years for relevant work experience
  • Proven Call Centre & Customer Complaint/query handling experience,
  • Experience with MS Office and data programs
  • Familiarity with administrative duties
  • Excellent knowledge of correct English, spelling, grammar and punctuation
  • Attention to detail
  • Confidentiality
  • Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
  • Master in business communication Or Master in English or any relevant displincy;
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
