Introduction:
We are currently seeking a capable and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee our ongoing projects in Bahria Town and other locations throughout Karachi. We are looking for a dedicated individual who can contribute effectively to our construction endeavors
Responsibilities:
- Supervise all aspects of the construction project according to architectural, electrical, structural, and engineering drawings.
- Ensure that work is being carried out as per the specified drawings and quality standards.
- Coordinate procurement of materials ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures on labor and materials.
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Proficient in interpreting architectural, electrical, and structural drawings.
- Ability to ensure work is aligned with specified drawings and quality standards.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and market sourcing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Honest, diligent, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
