Consultant Microsoft Dynamics Functional

Responsibilities:
- Analyze client business requirements and design effective Dynamics 365 solutions, focusing on modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Procurement.
- Configure Dynamics 365 according to client needs, including workflows, forms, and business logic.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and gather detailed functional requirements.
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and desired client outcomes, recommending solutions to bridge the gaps.
- Provide training to end-users and create detailed documentation, including functional design documents, process flows, and user guides.
- Offer post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system efficiency.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and timely updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements using Dynamics 365 features and best practices.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure system quality and functionality.
- Work collaboratively with technical teams to ensure alignment of functional and technical requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or previous versions such as AX, NAV).
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate (preferred).
- Deep understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, manufacturing, sales, or customer service, and how they are modeled in Dynamics 365.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess and resolve functional issues.
