Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Content Researcher and Algorithm Expert to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of 4-5 editors, providing them with innovative content ideas and ensuring they execute our strategic vision effectively. You will play a crucial role in researching trending topics, analyzing Tik Tok algorithms, and developing creative strategies that align with our clients' goals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Content Research:
• Conduct thorough research on Tik Tok trends, popular themes, and audience preferences to generate relevant content ideas.
• Analyze competitor content and industry trends to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
• Algorithm Expertise:
• Stay updated on Tik Tok’s algorithm changes and best practices to optimize content visibility and engagement.
• Develop strategies to leverage algorithm insights for increased reach and follower growth.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 editors, providing daily content ideas and guidance on editing styles.
• Ensure editors are aligned with the overall content strategy and are meeting deadlines.
• Content Strategy Development:
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and refine content strategies that meet client objectives.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data analysis and feedback.
• Quality Assurance:
• Review and provide feedback on edited content to ensure it meets quality standards and aligns with our strategic vision.
• Implement a system for tracking content performance and iterating on successful ideas.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with other team members, including social media managers and graphic designers, to ensure cohesive content delivery.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute to overall creative direction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in content research, digital marketing, or social media management, particularly on Tik Tok.
• Strong understanding of Tik Tok’s algorithms and best practices for content creation and optimization.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing a team.
• Exceptional research, analytical, and creative thinking abilities.
• Proficient in using analytics tools to track and report on content performance.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
