**Job Description:**
We are looking for an organized and motivated Truck Dispatcher to oversee and manage our fleet of trucks. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of dispatch experience and be capable of handling day-to-day dispatch tasks effectively. You will be responsible for ensuring timely deliveries, optimizing routes, and maintaining communication with drivers and clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate and schedule truck dispatches efficiently to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor and manage the movement of trucks and drivers using GPS and dispatch software.
- Communicate with drivers to provide route information and updates.
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during transportation.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatches and deliveries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align dispatch operations with client needs and sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address any inquiries or concerns.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in truck dispatching or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in dispatch software and GPS tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
