Job Description:
We are seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team at a leading truck dispatching company based in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and qualify new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Understand client needs and offer appropriate truck dispatching solutions and services.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close agreements and maximize profits.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of dispatching services.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and market shifts.
Provide regular feedback to management regarding market conditions and opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
Familiarity with CRAM software and sales performance metrics.
Availability to work night shifts (7:00 PM to 3:00 AM) in Lahore, Pakistan.

Pay: Option 1 Commission-based ($20 per order per week)
Option 2: 40000 Pkr with minimum 3 active sales
