Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a research, laboratory, or R&D support role.
• Strong familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and industry best practices.
• Certifications or additional training in R&D methodologies or quality control are a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Technical Support
Product and Industry Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the products and industries served by ICG, ensuring familiarity with technical aspects and industry standards.
Research and Documentation: Conduct detailed research on products and industry trends. Prepare comprehensive documents, including Technical Data Sheets (TDS), Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), Certificates of Analysis (COAs), and regulatory documents.
Content Support: Collaborate with the Marketing team to provide accurate and relevant content about chemicals for marketing materials, presentations, and other communications.
Product Development: Contribute to the development of new products and expansion into new industries by providing insights, recommendations, and technical expertise.
Customer Support: Address customer inquiries by providing technical details and support. Ensure that customer queries are handled promptly and effectively.
2. Sourcing Different Products
Case Studies and Reports: Prepare and analyze case studies and technical reports related to various products, providing insights and evaluations to support sourcing decisions.
Supplier Interaction: Contact and liaise with suppliers to source products, negotiate terms, and ensure the quality and suitability of materials.
Research Articles and Presentations: Write and publish research articles on different products. Prepare presentations that convey research findings and technical information clearly and effectively.
Supplier Registration: Register ICG with suppliers and ensure that the company is listed with relevant suppliers and partners.
Manufacturing Partner Relations: Engage in discussions with manufacturing partners to gain a deeper understanding of products and their chemistry.
Back Office Support: Provide back-office support for technical and, occasionally, commercial issues related to sales and customer inquiries.
3. Departmental Responsibilities
All roles and responsibilities related to the Research and Development department fall under your direct responsibility.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
