Marketing and Admin Officer

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, administrative, or office support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, Canva, Illustrator, Digital Marketing, Graphic Designing, Content Writing).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, with an ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative, proactive, and a team player with a keen eye for detail.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and analytics tools is advantageous.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As Marketing Officer
Social Media Management
  • Platform Oversight: Manage and monitor company social media accounts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Pinterest, and Twitter.
  • Content Creation: Develop graphics and write content tailored for each social media platform.
  • Scheduling and Engagement: Schedule posts during peak hours to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Brochure Design and Development
  • Product Brochures: Design and create brochures for different product lines, including plastics and inks.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the R&D team and content writers to ensure brochures accurately represent products and align with company branding.
  • Supplier Brochures: Collect and update brochures from suppliers, aligning them with the company’s branding guidelines.
Website Management
  • Post-Redesign Oversight: Manage website updates following its redesign to ensure accurate and comprehensive product information.
  • Online Presence: Keep the website updated to maintain a strong online presence and provide clients with current information.
  • Departmental Responsibilities: Oversee all roles and responsibilities related to the Marketing department.
As an Admin Officer, your responsibilities will include:
Office Administration
  • Daily Operations: Ensure smooth daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Documentation: Maintain organized records for administrative functions, employee files, and correspondence.
Employee Records and Policies
  • Attendance Management: Monitor and maintain attendance records, handle leave applications, and process sick leave requests.
  • Policy Implementation: Implement and update company policies on employee conduct, leave, and work-from-home arrangements.
Communication and Coordination
  • Internal Communication: Facilitate effective interdepartmental communication and ensure timely information sharing.
  • Human Resources Support
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in recruitment by posting job ads, coordinating interviews, and managing the onboarding of new employees.
  • Employee Support: Address employee queries related to HR and administrative functions.
  • Offboarding: Support offboarding processes, including calculating pending leave days and other end-of-service elements (day count only).
Facilities Management
  • Maintenance: Oversee office maintenance to ensure a safe and functional workspace.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with service providers for maintenance and supply needs.
  • Event and Meeting Coordination
  • Meeting Arrangements: Organize and coordinate meetings, managing schedules, room arrangements, and required materials.
  • Company Events: Assist in planning and executing company events and internal gatherings.
  • Departmental Responsibilities
  • Oversee all roles and responsibilities related to the Administration department.

Job Timings: Morning Shift (9:00 am to 6:00 pm) Pak Time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
