Position Title: Curriculum Training Expert
Department: Education and Training
Reports To: Project Manager
Location: 67-F1 Johar Town Near LDA office Lahore
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:
The Curriculum Training Expert is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs and curricula that align with educational standards and institutional goals. This role requires expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning principles to ensure that training initiatives are effective and meet the needs of educators, trainers, and students.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Development:
  • Design and develop comprehensive training curricula for various educational programs.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Integrate modern teaching methods, technologies, and resources into curriculum design.
  • Ensure alignment with educational standards, institutional goals, and best practices.
  • Training Program Implementation:
  • Plan, organize, and conduct training sessions for educators, trainers, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop training materials, guides, and manuals to support the delivery of curriculum.
  • Utilize various training methods, including workshops, seminars, online courses, and blended learning.
  • Assessment and Evaluation:
  • Develop and implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Analyze feedback and performance data to continuously improve curriculum and training delivery.
  • Provide recommendations for curriculum updates and enhancements based on evaluation results.
  • Professional Development:
  • Stay current with trends, research, and developments in education, curriculum design, and training.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to educators and trainers to enhance their instructional skills.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance own skills and knowledge.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with educational leaders, administrators, and other stakeholders to identify training needs.
  • Communicate curriculum changes, training schedules, and other relevant information effectively.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure that all training programs and materials comply with relevant educational standards and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and curriculum updates.
Qualifications:
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
  • Certification in instructional design or curriculum development is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in curriculum development and training, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs for educators and trainers.
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and curriculum development processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using educational technology and e-learning platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail..
