Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Subject Specialist in Urdu to join our Curriculum Development Department. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in Urdu language and literature, a passion for education, and a commitment to developing engaging and effective curricula that align with our STEM-focused educational approach.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop, review, and enhance curriculum materials in Urdu that foster language proficiency, literary appreciation, and critical thinking skills among students.
· Integrate STEM concepts with Urdu language learning to create interdisciplinary and innovative lesson plans.
· Collaborate with other subject specialists and educators to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum across all grade levels.
· Conduct workshops and training sessions for teachers to implement the developed curriculum effectively.
· Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Urdu language education and incorporate them into the curriculum.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Urdu, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development or teaching Urdu at the secondary or higher secondary level.
- Strong knowledge of Urdu language, literature, and educational methodologies.
- Experience in integrating innovative teaching methods into the curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
