Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering a productive and positive workplace culture. This role is essential in supporting our recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy implementation initiatives to align with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
• Assist in onboarding and orientation processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
• Maintain employee records, manage HR databases, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Administer employee benefits, including provident fund, health insurance, and leave management, in line with company policies.
• Collaborate with various departments to address employee concerns and support a positive workplace culture.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Organize employee engagement activities and training sessions to foster professional growth and team cohesion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field ( MBA will be preferred).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within the education sector or a fast-paced work environment.
• Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
