Position Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated and strategic Sales Resources to join our team.
Expertise:

• Develop and execute outbound sales strategies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in CRM like Hub Spot etc.
• Proficient in email marketing using different tools like Snov.io, Mail Chimp, and Sendinblue.
• Hands-on experience as a Linked In sales navigator with Linked In helper to generate leads
• Proficient in cold calling as well.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and qualify new sales leads.
• Meet or exceed targets.
• Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback
• Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople

Skills:

• 3-4 years of sales experience
• Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and target driven sales
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly self-motivated
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of CRM systems
• Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute successful growth strategies
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
• Ability to meet goals, stay organized, and maintain a positive attitude.

Attractive Salary plus incentive.
PLEASE NOTE: This is not a remote job, and shift timings are Night shift from 9 pm-6 am.
