Job Summary
We are seeking organized and friendly customer service agents to join our growing team and provide top-notch service to our customers over the phone, in person, and using written communications. In this role, you will interact directly with our customers to answer questions, solve problems, provide education, and maintain our company's reputation for high-quality service.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure Escalation/resolution
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Manage large amounts of incoming/outgoing calls
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
  • Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions
  • Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes
  • Providing introductory information to new customers
  • Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services
  • Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service
  • Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 1+ years’ of experience in a customer service-related role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to foster and maintain relationships
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous projects and priorities at once
  • Positive, service-oriented attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
  • Basic computer skills and excellent phone disposition
  • Working knowledge of CRM
  • Focus on quality and attention to detail
  • Good time-management skills
  • Critical-thinker and problem-solver
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
Job Location:
LDA Avenue-1, Lahore
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Customer Support: 1 year (Required)
