Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for fresh graduates with a keen interest in sales and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries and provide timely follow-ups, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Assist in preparing Requests for Quotation (RFQ).
• Support the sales team in achieving targets and improving processes.
• Act as a liaison between customers and the sales team, addressing any concerns or feedback.

Qualifications:

• Education: BBA or MBA preferred.
• Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
