We are a UK-based taxi firm OPERATING FROM E11-2 ISLAMABAD that has expanded some of our operations to Pakistan . We are seeking a full-time (CSR) who has experience of dealing with UK clients / cab dispatching and booking. Familiarity with Icabbi will be a plus.
Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming telephone calls.
• Consistently delivering professional customer service.
• Providing accurate quotations to customers.
• Allocating bookings to drivers based on time frames and driver locations.
• Handling customer complaints efficiently.
• Addressing queries from customers, drivers, and dispatch.
