We are looking for a talented Female Candidate. As a Customer Support Officer, who will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively
- Align team to resolve Customer Complains.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or other departments as necessary
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Requirements:
- Must be Intermediate and have good command in English Language.
- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS-Office
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
