Position: Customer Support In Charge (Technical)
Location: Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
Type: Full-Time
What You’ll Do:

• Lead technical support team to ensure outstanding customer experiences.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical assistance to resolve complex customer issues.
• Develop and implement best practices to optimize support processes and enhance team performance.
• Collaborate with back-end and engineering teams to address recurring technical issues.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare insightful reports to drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Complete bachelor's degree in I.T, Computer Science or any other related field.
• Proven experience in a technical support role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
