Job Description:

• Handle daily customer calls and respond to inquiries
• Address and resolve customer queries received via Whats App
• Respond to support tickets promptly
• Approve product listings
• Confirm customer orders
• Resolve customer complaints effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent customer handling abilities
• Ability to work under pressure
• Problem-solving and solution-oriented approach
