Customs Clearance Executive

This position requires a candidate with strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of customs clearance procedures.
· Perform and implement all custom clearance activities such as following G.D , Afghan transit documents transactions and day-to-day related activities in accordance with the objectives, policies and procedures.
· Participating in the development of the Custom Clearance Section's work plan and preparing work schedules and expediting workflow to improve efficiency of the Custom Clearance Section.
· Following up the shipping documents for customs clearance purposes and ensure its compliance with Pakistan Customs regulations and exemption lists requirements.
· Oversee (Afghan transit ) customs clearance operations to ensure compliance with regulations and timely processing of shipments.
Minimum Bachelor Degree.
- Proven experience in customs clearance, Afghan transit , or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Pakistan's customs regulations and trade compliance (a plus).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
