As we continue to expand our reach and offerings, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team.
Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive online sales and enhance the online presence. This role requires a strong understanding of digital advertising, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and analytics. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends both local and international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Ecommerce Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive online sales, increase website traffic, and improve conversion rates. Also, use the on-hand data to create strategic plan.
Paid Advertising: Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms via relevant advertising networks. Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve ROI goals.
SEO and Content Strategy: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings. Develop and execute content marketing strategies to attract and engage online audiences. Along with that, making sure that content is visually appealing.
Social Media Marketing: Create and manage social media marketing campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram and Linked In. Develop content calendars, run paid social ads, and engage with the online community.
Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and personalized messaging. Build and segment email lists for targeted marketing.
Ecommerce Analytics: Use web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track website traffic, user behavior, and sales performance. Generate reports and derive actionable insights to improve marketing strategies.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously optimize the website's user experience (UX) and design to maximize conversion rates. Implement A/B testing and other CRO techniques.
Affiliate Marketing: Manage and expand affiliate marketing programs, partnerships, and relationships to drive referral traffic and sales.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring that campaigns are executed within budget constraints.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing, providing guidance and support in achieving department goals.
Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends and analyze competitors to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Compliance and Data Privacy: Ensure that all digital marketing efforts comply with relevant data protection and privacy regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
2- Proven experience as a digital marketing manager in an ecommerce or online retail environment.
3- Proficiency in digital marketing channels, tools, and platforms.
4- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
5- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
6- Knowledge of A/B testing and CRO methodologies.
7- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
8- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.

Office Location: Nazimabad, Karachi, Pakistan
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
