Requirements:

• Develop marketing strategies and tactics to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
• Coordinating the implementation of marketing campaigns from start to finish, ensuring they run smoothly and to schedule.
• Manage various acquisition channels, supporting content creation, event management, social media campaigns, and lead generation initiatives.
• Create and maintain engaging content for our website, blog, and social media platforms to attract and convert target audiences.
• Fostering strategic relationships and liaising with industry partners, agencies, and vendors.
• Monitoring the marketing budget, tracking expenditures, and helping to optimize resource allocation.
• Ensuring marketing materials, including website banners and brochures, are up-to-date and approved.
• Compiling and reporting on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Analyzing consumer behavior to refine email and advertising campaigns.
• Maintaining organized records of marketing materials, project documentation, and performance data.
• Meticulously tracking projects, ensuring follow-up actions are taken, and deadlines are met.
• Coordinating and preparing for marketing meetings, taking diligent notes and managing follow-up tasks.
• Managing event/tradeshow logistics, from tracking participation to overseeing communications.
• Keeping multiple calendars updated with marketing meetings, events, and activities.
• Regularly updating website content across various company sites.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in a marketing role with a demonstrated capacity to support successful marketing initiatives.
• Competent use of website analytics tools and comfortable analyzing performance metrics.
• Familiarity with Google Ad Words campaign setup and optimization.
• Proficiency with numbers and data analysis, comfortable using spreadsheets and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an eye for quality content and detail.
• Keen to stay abreast of the latest online marketing trends and best practices.
