Post: Customer Service Manager (Female)
Job Type: Full-time, Indoor Office Based Job, Females Only.
Job Days & Timing: Monday to Saturday | 9 Hours per Day
Job Description:
- Organization will assign you registered clients.
- You will provide consultancy to the clients.
- You will send customized proposals to the clients using Whats App and other tools.
- You will do follow up with the clients.
- You will arrange meeting between clients within the office premises.
- You will ensure smooth customer service to the clients.
- You will ensure customer is provided agreed upon service within the time duration.
- You will manage a team of 2 to 5 consultants under you.
- This position is only for females.
- At least Graduate or Masters level education is required.
- 5+ years experience of customer service in a very fast paced organization.
- Must have good command on computer, different applications use of mobile and different IT tools.
- Must have good communication skills in English and Urdu, ability to provide good consultation & guidance to the clients and to retain the customers using your high quality customer service.
- We are looking for highly energetic, sharp mind, intelligent females having positive and strong mindset, friendly attitude and strong personality.
We have three offices in Karachi and candidate will be posted on the location near their home.
- DHA Phase VI, Karachi
- Block 10, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
- Block D, North Nazimabad, Karachi
