• AI Opportunities Identification: Identify and evaluate opportunities for AI implementation across the company to improve efficiency, performance, and decision-making processes.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with department heads to uncover and develop AI and data science solutions that optimize business processes and performance.
• Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction for the AI and data science initiatives, aligning them with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage multiple AI and data science projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in AI and data science to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation.
• Reporting: Develop and present regular reports and dashboards to senior leadership, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
• Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI and data science activities comply with relevant regulations, ethical standards, and best practices.

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in data visualization, interpretation, reporting, AI and data science solutions.
• Domain Knowledge: Prior working experience in travel management, travel insurance or membership-based organizations will be considered a big plus.
• Certifications: AI and Power BI certification is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Computer Science.
