Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the NRC operational team to achieve set goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement NRC-approved strategies to advance ICAP’s interests in the Northern region.
• Cultivate solid relationships with members, regulatory bodies, students, and industry professionals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
• Organize and manage seminars, conferences, and workshops to support professional development and networking.
• Oversee the NRC's financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Prepare regular reports on committee activities, achievements, and challenges, as well as managing secretarial responsibilities.

Education, Experience & Skills:

• Master’s Degree in Marketing or Finance from HEC recognized university, with at least 04 to 06 years of work experience within reputable organizations in managing stakeholder engagement and leading teams.
• Familiarity with accounting regulatory frameworks and compliance shall be preferred.
• The ideal candidate should be able to plan initiatives with a proven track record of executing successful events and managing marketing activities in their previous experience(s).
