Executive Liaison Officer (ELO)

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic professional for the role of Executive Liaison Officer (ELO). This unique position is designed to bridge the communication and operational activities between our CEO, based in Australia, and our business operations in Pakistan. The ELO will play a critical role in ensuring seamless information flow, coordinating meetings, and acting as the CEO’s representative in Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate meetings on behalf of the CEO with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure that all meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups are managed efficiently.
- Prepare and distribute pre-meeting materials and ensure post-meeting action items are tracked and completed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and the Pakistan-based team, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the CEO, including emails, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain an organized flow of information between the CEO’s offices in Australia and Pakistan.
- Assist in the execution of strategic initiatives by coordinating with relevant departments in both locations.
- Monitor the progress of ongoing projects and provide updates to the CEO.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
- Work both on-site in Pakistan and remotely, maintaining flexibility to support the CEO’s needs.
- Ensure all tasks and responsibilities are managed effectively regardless of the work setting.
- Act as the CEO’s secretary during his visits to Pakistan, providing on-the-ground support.
- Facilitate smooth operations by coordinating with the local team and addressing any immediate needs of the CEO.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Represent the CEO in meetings, ensuring his directives and interests are communicated clearly.
Experience: 0-1 years in a similar role, such as Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or Business Liaison, preferably in an international or cross-functional environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Flexibility to adapt to different working environments and time zones.
