Job Description:
We are seeking an Intermediate MERN Stack Developer with 2-3 years of experience to join our on-site team in Faisalabad. In this full-time role, you’ll be responsible for developing, enhancing, and optimizing applications using the MERN stack, working closely with our team to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using Mongo DB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to implement new features and optimize existing ones.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to code quality standards.
• Document development processes and assist the team in making informed technical decisions.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in full-stack development, specifically within the MERN stack.
• Strong proficiency in Java Script and front-end development using React.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and effective teamwork skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud deployments.
• Knowledge of web security best practices.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles for front-end development.
