Key Responsibilities: Call Center Experienced Agents

• Conduct outbound customer calls with professionalism.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records using the CRM system.
• Monitor and surpass Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Build and nurture customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the team for best practices.
• Adhere to established sales processes and policies.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role.
Strategic thinking to overcome objections and secure successful outcomes.
