As we expand our services, we are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in promoting and supporting our diverse range of digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, providing insights into the benefits of our services and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. A strong understanding of digital marketing, combined with excellent communication skills is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:

• Promote our range of services including SEO, Digital Marketing, Content Creation + AI, Website Development, Social Media Marketing, and Shopify Store Development to prospective clients.
• Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner, providing clear explanations of our services and their benefits.
• Educate clients on digital marketing strategies and how they can enhance business growth.
• Build and maintain long term client relationships by ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
• Document client interactions, follow up on leads and support the sales team in driving customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related role ideally within the digital marketing industry.
• Familiarity with digital marketing services such as SEO, social media marketing and website development is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively, work independently and meet performance targets.
• Organised, detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
