Experienced Female Sales Representative

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, a results-driven attitude, and a thorough understanding of our products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and Develop New Business: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach. Initiate contact and establish relationships to generate sales leads.
  • Conduct Sales Presentations: Present products/services to clients, highlighting their benefits and value propositions. Tailor presentations to meet the needs of different audiences.
  • Negotiate Contracts: Work with clients to negotiate terms and pricing, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Prepare and present formal proposals.
  • Manage Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Address any inquiries or issues that arise.
  • Analyze Market Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Use insights to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. Track and report on sales performance and pipeline progress.
  • Collaborate with Team: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align strategies and enhance customer offerings.
  • Provide Feedback: Share insights on customer needs and market changes with management to help refine products/services and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales or a related role (typically 2-5 years).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with sales analytics tools is a plus.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to manage objections and find solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Time Management: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while being self-motivated.
Working Conditions:
  • Primarily office-based with opportunities for remote work. Travel may be required for client meetings and industry events.
Compensation:
  • Competitive salary with commission structure and performance-based bonuses. Benefits may include health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
Salary: 30k to 40k
Location: Arfa Tower
Time: 11am to 6pm

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
